Refund policy

 

All ticket purchases are non-refundable.
However, if you can’t attend the event you booked for, your ticket can be used as credit toward a future Cineloot event of equal value.

To transfer your ticket credit:

• The future event must be of the same or lower ticket value.

• Credit is valid for 12 months from the original event date.

• Please contact us at info@cineloot.com at least 72 hours before the event to arrange the credit transfer.
